- Shipping Policy
Items ordered through Boops Shoes.com are shipped via UPS.
A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be
delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10
business days. Processing time for in stock items is
approximately 2 business days. Business days are Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays. (Delivery times do not include
processing time). Occasionally, orders for an item exceeding our
supply are received. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will
be notified and your credit card will not be charged.
- Return Policy
We feel you will be very satisfied with your Boops Shoes (ONEX)
purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not
satisfactory, Boops return policy is stated as follows:
The shoes may be mailed back to us, or returned to our Boops
Shoes Inc. location. Also please note that if you choose to mail
the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage.
